So I talked with the Dean of the Tech department today..

And the guy seemed pretty eager to get me into their school to finish my degree...(I was on the Deans list before I left school and carrying a 4.0 GPA lol) and he tells me with my experience and my apprenticeship school recomendation I'm pretty much already accepted into my degree program... the application process is just a formality at this point... He was even urging me to start THIS semester..(school starts the 22nd and the aplication deadline is way past but he said he could do it if i wanted to)

But i think getting my finances in order for it first takes precedence at the moment...

But the good thing is I heard alot of good stuff from him today that really eased my mind about it.... (plus he was talking about PAID internships and co-ops that are still available.. that would be AWESOME...You get credit for those as well)

I think this is going to work out...

Just think a life of no classes before noon again.... I might even have some time to play golf again... LOL

Oh I almsot forgot... My BS would come from the Purdue school of engineering and Technology.. a pretty respected Engineering and tech school....

A little more good news on the return to school front...
IUPUI has there own skilled trades to do upkeep and repair on the buildings..

And they also have an opening for a master carpenter..

Guess who gets to interview for that job soon? LOL

It would be awesome for me because it would far less physical and best of all if you are an employee you get a huge discount on tuition!!!

So I wouldn't have to take any kind of huge pay-cut while back at school..... things are looking good at the dblshock kingdom these days
