Well last night and half of today we had flooding rain and high winds so every where around us is under water and a couple fir trees I planted 20 years ago blew over and the creek is running over the concrete wall I made by the waterfall.

Good thing is it makes a pond over between the house and waterfall and then the water runs back in the creek and heads down to the lower areas.

Power was out for 12 hours but minutes after the power came on the UPS truck pulled up and I got the circuit board for the refrigerator finally.

Installed it in 5 minutes and it is up and running again and I put what we had left back in it.

Still had 4 bags of ice in that cooler I had to buy so they lasted quite a while and I dumped all of that out and the water.

Now I'm back to trying to remove the old water heater and install the new one without any more disasters.

I guess I will saw up those fir trees and add them to the burn pile for that future BBQ
