Re: B.C Investing ( SILVER and Gold Pt 2)
It maybe be a little while now for me.......
My Dad passed last Sept. and we were thinking of selling the house.Mason,my son, came to me the other day and asked if he could live there till next May rent free and pay all the utilities so he could buy his Mother`s house,no big deal to us.
Which got me to thinking................May 1st is when we can start doing things with the house, cds and GE stocks.
hmmmmmmmmmmmm,so I talked this over with the wife and my two bros. and sister(one of them has just got days left to live anyways)I take all my inheritance and give it to them, pay app 15k out of my pocket, the two story;three bedroom house with 35,000 sq ft of land is mine................Put my house up for sale next spring.Get it sold...............And whala.......................no more house payment, taxes will be cheaper cause I no longer live in a bigger city and a block away from a school and living a a village of 800 people....................T o me that sounds awesome.
we figured that buy the time everything is said and done,I will still get app. 3k back from the money that will be dispersed from everything.............So basically 12k for the whole [lace...............you can`t beat that.
I get the deed to the house one year from this May and borrow 30k for home improvement and the plans are already in the works for my two car Corvette mancave gararage and her own private two car garage.....
So Mason aked me what would I do with all the extra money when I don`t have a house payment anymore(insert evil laugh):
Corvette no.2
I can also see mounds of silver coming in 2-3 yrs................

You will have to sell silver to buy the gas
I still want a Rolls Corniche........but my gas bill is pretty low since my cars stay out of the rain and it usually rains here in the NW

Re: B.C Investing ( SILVER and Gold Pt 2)
Pretty good price for silver right now.
20 oz's for $352 (I just compare the price to a roll of coins so that is why I compare it to 2 10oz bars)

Not that it helps silver you already have but this is almost at the lowest price I have got here (only $3 more than the lowest)

Dude, you should have gone for the 2-5oz bars… cheaper than the 1-10oz… been watching that all day.

I didn't make the order I was just showing how low the price was at that minute.
I was watching the price of a 100 oz bar again but it was still $25 more than the last one I got......but still it was a good price if I really wanted to.
Right now I am back to building up my stack of Ben Franklins since I spent a few lately paying bills, and taxes, and some other stuff that I am sure nobody will take care of when that day comes.
I want to add a couple each month for a while so I don't drop below a certain number
(my doc did call today and said my MRI came back and that still looks ok after 14 years).........still they have to keep me around for another 100+ years since the critters here won't haul home their own sugar and seeds unless I teach them to drive the Power Wagon and the ducks aren't very good at mowing

I'm not a ali baba catchin' virgin goats and sheep
(I did see some mowing the White House lawn )
I will stick to Deere (that reminds me I need to see if this new fuel filter will make it get back to eating the grass if I get a day with no rain)
It is nice right now.......5pm.....so I am busy sitting on the couch
BTW that silver price still looks good..........and I copied the comparison you mentioned before.......tempting
Saves $2 that way

Re: B.C Investing ( SILVER and Gold Pt 2)
Yup. I don't care what it looks like. If its pure, I'm in if the price is right. When its under $16/oz and I'm under $17.50 per… my ears are perked.

If we can get it under 20 bucks delivered, it's still a good buy.

I was getting to the point where I didn't buy unless under $18/oz delivered...

Re: B.C Investing ( SILVER and Gold Pt 2)
It went up close to $18 and just like that back down again
I don't want to buy more, I want it to go up to $40-$50 an OZ

Is that because thats when you have the time, or that you've found that's the "best prices" time?

More time for me and convenience, the Mrs usually works on Sundays so I have my quiet time all Saturday night, pool side, couple of beverages, radio on, TVG on the tube and the kindle, who said us old carts can't multi task.
