It is Philly -7 and they won by 6
.......did somebody make that pick?
BTW I am 12-1 so far this week @ pigskin pick'em
Edit:OK I see Kamakazi gets a point for that pick......Blue will fix that
Fixed. For some reason, in my rush, I marked both Philly and St. Louis as losers. Maybe a Freudian slip of the mouse?
Come on Seattle (God how I hate to say that). And, tonight I'm a Pats fan as well. (Just threw up a bit in my throat).
I know what you mean man ....I just figure my Seatoucan pick at pigskin works either way .......never can like picking the Brady bunch

BlueShoes1 wrote:Each week, I will post the picks, results and standings in this thread. Players should continue to post their picks in the current week's "Lines" thread. Any problems or questions, shoot me a message.
Week 1 - Picks and Results for your printing pleasure. Shipokekid nearly set an all-time Bookie Challenge record when, making his very first set of picks EVER, he went for the True Perfecta and lost it when Andrew Luck came through at the end of the Denver-Colts game. Missed the 7 point reward and settles for 2 best bet points. Lots of Goose Eggs but that's to be expected given the quality of the players in this league (yours truly included). Onto week two!!
Week 2 - Picks and Results for your printing pleasure. After the debacle of the Colts game, I'm about ready to give up on the NFL, its sucking "referees" and the Colts playing calling. Unfreakin' believable. And, where I live all I'm gonna hear about for the next week is the freakin' Iggles and their awesome offense. I'm hating football right about now.
Week 3 - Picks and Results for your printing pleasure. BigDrew scores a big hit with a True Perfecta and pulls away from the pack of Perfecta hitters: Agent99, Arkman, and kamikaze to finally put some meat in the point standings. Lots of green this week with several players hitting both of their best bets. Lookin' like we might lose lizzard and dblshock.
Week 4 - Picks and Results for your printing pleasure. Arkman (2 best bets) and CravnRavn (a Perfecta) move in on BigDrew's (zero points) territory as things, overall, tighten up a bit in the challenge. Magic (the other Perfecta) and PrimeTime (a Parlay) strengthened their positions. Meanwhile, yours truly and IndyColt Goose Egged and drop further back in the pack. It's a grind and another 13 weeks (including the Thanksgiving picks) remain so anything's possible!
Week 5 - Picks and Results for your printing pleasure. Three Perfectas (Agent99, kobesgame, and BlueShoes) and a Parlay (Primetime) highlight this week's results. Goose Eggs by Mighty and PackerBacker are the low-lights. Everyone else has no lights. 2 more weeks until the division breakup occurs so think closely about your picks to position yourself for something you have no control over! Ha!!
Week 6 - Picks and Results for your printing pleasure. Agent99, as he did last week, hit a Perfecta. IndyColt joined him and BigDrew attempted to keep pace by hitting both best bets but blowing a True Perfecta thanks to San Diego's failure to cover. Magic also missed a True Perfecta thanks to the Titans poor showing. One more week to division breakups. Looks like we'll have 20 players across four divisions with 3 players, including the front-runner Agent99, as non-chip players. What's that about?
Magic I was late getting the money around and didn't think it was right to send it when I was in the lead.

Now I may be a rookie, but I do believe I selected the lock of the week New York Jets last night and not the Patriots. I enjoyed watching Edelman play wide receiver wearing boxing gloves.

Week 9 - Picks and Results for your printing pleasure. One of each - a Goose Egg (kamikaze), a Parlay (Mighty_colts) and a Perfecta (CravnRavn). Indy and Arizona were the big bets this weekend and garnered points for several players. The Lacey Division has a runaway leader in our erstwhile Raven fan from Florida. Ironic that he had to jump on the Colts backs to make it happen.
And a couple of cool dudes (and a dudette ) got both best bets

No Mr Norm I didn't have to jump back to my old team. My new team and my old team feast on giants football since 1958, so actually it was like taking candy from a baby. Easy pickins.

Well look at me, hanging with the high-falootin' people! Good company, for sure.
Any year now I should start to realize how much I suck at this. I really do wish I could be doing better… its hard to talk shit when that's what you are!

From cellar dweller to leader of the pack!
Its only appropriate that I be there, of course. You know, at the top.

Week 10 - Picks and Results for your printing pleasure. The Pittsburgh debacle was costly to several players (but it was so nice to see "Big Ben" get his comeuppance). ColtsKurt hit a True Perfecta and jumped into first place in the Tesla division (Since Agent99 is a non-chip player). Five players (kamikaze, Woos20ks, PrimeTime, BigDrew and hawkfan8812) hit Parlays. Three of the divisions remain competitive. CravnRavn is running away in the Lacey division and is going to be very tough to catch.
Funny how you can get passed when you don't get a single point for week 10
Maybe they will be nice and Goose Egg this week

Cole, just know that I'm not conceding the Div… I'm gonna track you down.
You're due for a choke…
I'll be there lurking with a perfecta…

Isn't a True Goose Egg worth 7 points??
Could have got a point but I did a last second pick change thinking Buffalo could play defense.

I have to believe its just as hard, if not harder, to post a true goose egg as it is a true perfecta!

Well, I had updated the spreadsheet (good for me, right) but I then failed to upload the final version (not-so-good for me). We're good, John.
