It was too early to let those in front of me influence my picks, but I let it and I will pay the piper now.

I had Atlanta as one of my best bets and I changed it to Washington after I saw what woods did on his picks...

So, instead of a Perfecta, I get one point and I didn't make a move, a move that could cost me the division.

Shoot me now......But at least my team didn't get blown out by Jacksonville! I have THAT going for me.

So, my only hope now is that the rook continues to cough up fur balls and gets no points again to keep me within reach.

And for all intents and purposes, Washington coughed up its own fur ball after dominating the plays and TOP, they are on the 3 and had 4 downs to get it in and they go BACKWARDS?!?!??! Run it against a tired defense and you will score a TD....4 times....4 friggin' times and they pass the ball and end up on the 17...IDIOTS! Gibbs needs to retire, he has officially lost it.

I have picked against the Rams this year and it has worked (unfortunately!).

What is truly worse is that I had Buffalo, Baltimore, San Diego, and AZ covering as well, and I pick the Redskins! bwwhhhaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!

Nothing like picking the worst one out of the bunch. And, I have NO covering tonight, and the Rams covering tomorrow so we will see how it all goes...but...I just cost myself a chance at the division (I think.)

Yeah, well, Woods is looking good if the Rams cover tomorrow. He will be in the lead by one point...can't have a rookie lead the way.

You've been close a lot this year, Birdman. It seems that if you go with your first instinct, you do better over the long run. I have second-guessed myself out of a lot of points over the years!!

Let's just say that it doesn't matter who is picking what now. I am just going to bet on the games I like the best. I had ATL as my pick and changed it to washington. I would have been right there too.

Oh well, can't cry over spilled milk. Sealth is already choking again this week, and if only I can pick three or 5 winners.......let's see....
