Venus and Mars are alright tonight.....

Of course the sun is up where you all are but for a couple weeks now I have been looking at the bright view of Venus in the lower eastern sky starting around 3am until sunrise.

So take a look before the next sunrise and the bright one you see in the lower SE is Venus and below to the left is the not so bright Mars.

(LOL....can't believe I have been doing this since 1963 )

Ive been meaning to ask you about that, I guess its been 2 weeks now that I noticed that bright planet, but wasnt sure if it was Venus or Mars.

The planets have been so bright the last few weeks that I wait until Mercury rises in the east before I hit the sack but now it is at 3:30am so that is earlier than when I was up until 4:30am

Venus is the bright one in the SE sky you see late at night and Mars is close but not as bright and Mercury comes up in the east just before sunrise now and if you have the wide field of vision you can see both at the same time.

The 2 brightest in the sky at around 3:30 your time.

Ive been keeping an eye on Venus, hes there every morning on my drive in..
