I went back to dial-up so I can play on TVG..

Now heres the problem, if my ISP dosent say Im in Pa, it wont let me wager, it has happened numerous times, one time I log in and Im OK, but if I leave out of the site, the next time I log in it might say Im in Md, inwhich I wont be able to wager..

Any suggestions on how I can continually keep a Pa ISP address?

Do you have 2 separate phone lines?

You could just keep it connected if you don't need the phone line.

One thing about dialups is the ip changes every time you dial up.......which is how we used to get around the espn mods lol

You can also unplug that phone line and plug it back in and it will change.

I never had mine change States back when I had a dialup but you are close to the State line so I guess you have the same phone company.

Funny that my DSL actually says I live in Oregon laughing

Btw as I am typing this the phone rings and it is a call from MASSACHUSETTES!!!!!!

WTF???

At halftime of the Colts vs Pukes??????
