Re: I think I am in love...
I kinda favor this one (the Tesla "S")
Or this one, the Tesla Roadster.
Either one seems to be a fine way of "going green".

Re: I think I am in love...
Now you did 2Shock.......I`ll have to fight you for her.
just when I thought i was gonna get me a Vette next summer.
Now I`ll have to wait another 20 years more of saving to afford that.
But its worth the wait tho.....
Thats an awsome lookin car.......I can see the faces of the guys at work when I come pulling up in that one.

Re: I think I am in love...
Thats one awesome looking car isn't it woods?
Plus I LOVE the fact they retro'd it after the split window coupes....
I bought an old one a few years ago with a blown motor, but ended up selling it because I didn't have time (or the room then) to really mess around with it.
I'm looking at them again... (but I only love the old ones, except for this retro'd version) So if I do happen to get one it will probably be from the corvette place in Fairmount, Indiana...... they get older ones in all the time... Some collectables and some not... (I probably can't afford a collector right now.. so it would be a beater that needs some TLC if I did do it)
And Blue I LOVE the Tesla Roadster... I'm not much of a sedan guy for the most part though....

Re: I think I am in love...
Here's what has my heart... I had this same model, color, etc. back in the day. I kick myself in the ass everytime I think about how I sold it and bought a 1974 Mercury Capri... yes, I know.

I didn't figure you for a Mopar guy CK......
very nice ride though....I bet the T/A me and the old man put together when I was in high school though would have given her a run..... White 78 with a 454 and 4 on the floor...... that thing was a damn screamer... and of course I sold it like a freaking tard. Because I HAD to have a lifted truck........
What I wouldn't give to get that car back... but sadly the guy I sold it too wrapped it around a telephone pole showing off...... I ran a 300ZX turbo with that car on 38th street one night from the Mall to Crown Hill and he was beyond PO'd when I smoked his High Dollar ricer.... LOL

Re: I think I am in love...
My Cuda was a 340 w/ slap stick tranny. Complete stock, but could smoke the chevy 396's pretty easily.
A buddy of mine had a 70 Formula ram air 400 w/ the rock crusher 4 spd... one bad ass ride. Had friends w/ 72 Road Runner 383, Eddie Martin (Ford dealer's son) drove a Shelby Cobra. He had a Pantera for a while, too.
Some Little Kings, Thai stick, and the ride all washed and waxed up... perfect recipe for gettin' lucky!

Re: I think I am in love...
Of course I still have my muscle car and it has never lost a race.
(I have had it for 30yrs now and this fall will be it's 40th birthday)
Can't wait for summer so I can take her for a drive......to go play golf
But my current dream car which I will get some day is a beautiful, perfect white Rolls Royce......
.....also to cruise to the golf course
Haven't picked one out but I like the ones in the 1970's
(drive to Indy and have Kurt as my caddy )
