We are in bow season now, shotgun goes in next Monday, its a school holiday for the kids in PA. But the Amish fukkers are taking out deer left and right with their black powder cannons now, the blast have my puppy scared shitless.

I'm not going out today 99... I took a few days off of work to go next week.... Today i'm heading to Bloomington for The Old Oaken Bucket game..... And to watch James Hardy who will hopefully an Indianapolis Colts next season.

To be honest I would rather hunt muzzleloader or bow than anything else these days...
My muzzleloader is badass.... Lyman Great Plains rifle with competition sights....
I can knock out a squirrels eye at 150 yards with it.

I did see 3 this morning. Too far away to hit them with my Remington 870 Express Magnum. It was a stretch and I wanted to try and get them a little closer. Fat chance!!!! They stood out in the middle of the empyt corn field for 20 min untill something spooked them.

Well, if she would have just sat down right there when I shot her ass, we wouldn't have this problem. I could have put another shot in her to put her out of her suffering. Trust me Cravn.... I don't want that for a deer. I was out untill after dark looking for her. The neighbor across the road is going to look for her today, since I 'm going to the game. I had a clean kill shot and she turned on me and I gut shot her. I don't do this for the sport. I use all the meat. If I get my three this year. I'm donating one to a food bank. One deer will provide 200 meals for someone who's in need of help.
