Never been on one but I have watched them harvest the corn before!
The ones I saw like that would have another big Deere driving next to it in the field so they could load the corn as the other was cutting and stripping the corn and shooting it out of those corn blasters until the truck was full and another would pull right in next to the cutter and off they go for more!
I watch "Classic Tractor" on that RFDTV channel so I see all the different machines and they are usually back in your area of the country.
Lots of those old timer farmers have quite the collections back there.
