Good luck with that. It's an animated GIF. I tried shrinking it using Paint Shop Pro and it shrinks alright but you lose the animation.

yeah so far I can't get one to stay animated......I'll try later tonight.
Tried several websites that say they do it and not ONE fuckin' works.
It is close to the same size as the one you have here
