Surprise, surprise, surprise...
Mailman brought a magical envelope today... with a calling card of champions. Cool.
Not necessary... always appreciated... honored to be deemed worthy.
Put it on your lists to visit Lucas Oil Stadium... when we host the Super Bowl and the Colts get to play in front of their home crowd!

Re: Surprise, surprise, surprise...
I was thinking about asking you if that made it yet!
That new stadium will be nice and getting the Super Bowl there would be too.......but the best part will be my Colts Walk of Fame brick added to make it look even better

You boys can host all the Super Bowls you want, they are letting Zona host one this year. And since the Colts are on the same level as the Cards (snicker) I seriously doubt you'll be playing in another SB. At least not in our lifetime.

After having gone to Miami a couple months ago to witness first hand YOUR SUPER BOWL XLI CHAMPION INDIANAPOLIS COLTS dismantle da Bears, I cannot imagine Indy hosting the SB in early February.
Unfortunately, the SB has grown into a media show designed for the corporate dollar and geared for the uber rich. Walking down South Beach on SB eve, enjoying dinner and cocktails at a beach side restaurant/bar, cruising around in a convertible... or sloshing down the downtown Indy streets in below freezing temps. What do you think is more appealing?
Miamai had celeb golf tournaments, outdoor beach parties, slasa themed dinner parties out on the veranda. Indy... golf - nope too early. Beach parties - in your dreams... I guess we could serve breaded tenderloins with corn on the cob at a Indy 500 themed party. Bud served chilled with a SB koozie?
I understand the city's desire to host... I get the economic impact of it all.
But c'mon... it should be a southern tier affair. Miami, Dallas, Pheonix, San Diego, etc. has far more appeal to a simpleton like me.
