Re: I Expect Everyone Here to Nail This Thing
I missed 10, 11 and 12.
I had to look a couple of them up
I can't believe I missed the moon-beams question.
Moon Beams.
I like that. I think I'll name my kid that. I'm sure nobody ever thought of that before.

Frightening...I was in 5th grade in 1955! Got a 95%...missed the autumnal equinox question.

You must be too young to have taken the test, Kurt.
Age, to a very large extent, is in one's mind. Am I old enough to consider cashing in my NML life insurance policies? Their cash values are quite enticing.

ol' Blue is correct on that one
Right now I can't imagine being in the 5th grade in 1955 since I was not born yet.........BUT..........when I catch up to Blue I will still think I am a youngster just like I do today!
I think that people can either figure they are old geezers and just fade away or just keep on going as long as they can and still pretend they are young
Heck if I didn't give up nobody should.
Class of 1962 Blue?????

I took the test... did well on the hard ones, but could have used an 11 year old's help on a couple.
Lots of factors to consider there, Blue. Many feel once you reach a certain stage, the need for lots of life insurance pretty much goes away. I'd tend to agree... but not knowing your specifics... its a tough call.
Cash and liquidity is always a good thing, though. I'm more of a Property & Casualty guy, you know, sticks and mortar, liability and the such. There are far smarter people than I out there on estate planning and retirement funding issues. Lots of tax issues to consider, and I'm no bean counter, unless its my own little pile of acorns. Cars and homes, your business, professional liability... I'm your man. I know my limitations.
But for a small fee...

Re: I Expect Everyone Here to Nail This Thing
The only thing I remember about 5th grade is.....I was thinking about Crystal's pussy!! She was very very cute. She later became a good looking, sleasy whore. She expected me to "rescue her" from her life, I wanted to, but I couldn't.....wanna know why? I was busy just trying to rescue my OWN sorry ass!!
She hates me to this day because of that. Those Italian chicks know how to hold a grudge
