I water the yard.....and then it rains.......I buy A/C and install it.........it will drop to the 50's and rain

I do want to make a drive to the post office because my order has arrived.

I have a 100 year old Colt 32-20 from gramps and it probably hasn't been fired for 40 years

The newest date on the barrel is July 4th 1915

Only bad part is the Colt grip is broken on the right side so I had to buy a replacement so it won't be original but I'm keeping the one on the other side and original screws.

I worked 8 hrs outside today in 98 degree heat, I get home and cut the lawn in 103 heat today, get done the dam lawn grab a beer and get ready to Cliff dive into the pool and I hear thunder and see lightening, so here I sit sweating like a stuck pig waiting for a storm to pass.

No kidding… I remember once you came to Indy to watch the Colts play the Ravens. Weird, but the Colts embarrassed the Ravens ONCE AGAIN. Weird. You'd think the law of averages would come together for Balt at some point… Did I mention how weird I thought that was?

Similar day, here. I watched the crew trim the bushes and lay mulch around the house yesterday. Oh, wait… not similar at all… I win, I guess.

Off to the pontoon for a few hours until it gets to be 3-4:00… then shit gets real on the water for the evening's events and I bail out! No intention to be on the water until midnight like I did twice. (They shut down the bridge and exits from the marina because of the fireworks and beer/food vendors) Old guys don't bounce back from 12 hrs on the water like they used to.

Two days from the start of the LPGA US Open!! I'm gonna go most of Wednesday for their last practice round (and we're allowed cameras for the practice round so look for some photos to come). Natalie tees off Thursday at 8:35 AM and Friday at 2:20 PM. Gonna try to catch her on Thursday. Fox sports is carrying the lady's open on Thursday and Friday and FOX will carry it over the weekend. Try to catch a glimpse of beautiful Lancaster County and an awesome "old" course. Now all we gotta do is hope for clear weather (scattered thunder storms are predicted throughout the week).

Yeah got the Imaging: NM cardiac SPECT rest and stress Echocardiography: Echocardiogram 2D complete with some good old nuclear Marie and Pierre Curies

The stress test was not as bad as they used to be........only got sick for about 90 seconds

Next monday I get another trip over to Bremerton for a Hhp Br Cv Us 1 at HHP Cardiovascular Consultants Ultrasound

Next they will put me in the Large Hadron Collider @ Cern and see if they can make the God Particle again.....ok I made that part up

The only fun part is driving by the nearest bowling alley to tempt me to quit playing golf.

Our 28th anniversary and we get to sit in a hospital all day and come back home..........and couldn't sleep all night for what ever reason after that test.

I have just been looking at the 8 bags of concrete I got last month hoping the weather gets the right temp for me to do something.

I have an echo-cardiogram scheduled for next week. Doc scheduled it after last week's physical. He didn't indicate any concern other than some concern about my blood pressure. This gettin' old crap is gettin' old.

The lovely bride had one last week - she's been having some pulmonary/cardio issues related to her Lupus. Foot surgery in December which seems to have initiated some hip issues, with the other foot awaiting its turn (January/Feb), the heart/lung thing, the normal day to day fun asso. with the Lupus... sigh. You're right. Age and health issues seem to take over the conversations these days...

One good thing about this year's physical. I have new Medicare Advantage coverage and they "pay me" with a $75 Amazon gift card if I complete my physical by June 30 (which I did). The gift card came in the mail this morning. Can anyone say "Free Titleist Pro V1x"?
