Depressing, huh?   

Don't worry about that stuff anymore. This economic system is on the verge of collapse, so stop worrying about trying to save it...you can't save it anymore that you could save the Soviet Union, Cuba or North Korea.

Here's my advice.....focus on being self-sufficient....you and your family. Let the others worry.....let the others perish.

In other words...focus on being a REAL American.

The sooner the "safety net" is gone, the sooner big government bureaucracy is gone, then the sooner we can return to being who we really are as Americans....strong, independent and innovative.

That is the mentality and ideology and culture that allowed us to land on the Moon, create P51 Mustangs, and whoop ASS on the Pinkos!!! 



We have become weak and complacent.....but THAT is about to end.

Same old crap here today.......my neighbor friend who lives on the top of the ridge above and has been there even longer than my 30 years here is supposed to come home from the hospital in Seattle so he can die at home from cancer   

He has a nice place up there so I hope he makes it home for a few days.

......back to watching golf on tv...........( it is almost 90 degrees here so I won't be playing golf again tomorrow)

No tv no house internet, no direct tv

Saturday night while entertaining on the pool deck, a lightening bolt wiz zed by not 5 feet off the ground, every light that was on became 10x brighter for I guess 3 seconds, I'm pissed caus it fried the main tv my 52". I filed a claim with homeowners yesterday, now we have the task of waiting for agent, att. And direct to come repair all that was fried

Check every electrical item in the house, John. I've seen widespread damage from those kind of claims.   

Bet the crack of thunder had to have made you jump like another Flacco interception or made the hair on your neck stand-up like another Colts win over the Ravens!

everything else checked out, now the claims adjuster called and said do we really want to file a claim for 7 to 800 dollars of TV..Ughhhh I guess we kinda dont want to for that little..

Good call. Don't file a claim for that small amount.

Yea everything else has been covered, AT&T came yesterday, the bolt did some damage to the wiring even though it didnt take a direct hit..

Direct TV comes today, we will see how that turns out..
