Damn it.............I keep forgetting to look when I leave for work.

Can`t say as if i`ve ever seen one.

Yes I know you post threads about them every time theres one coming,but it seems I never get my ass out of bed to look...... wtf

Well this is one we get to look at every summer but once in a while we get the full Moon at the same time which makes the sky a bit too bright even in the middle of nowhere like me lol

But the one next year should be better since we won't have the full Moon messing that up.

I was outside at 2am last night and sat in a spot where the trees blocked the Moon so I still saw 3 nice ones that ran across the sky on a long streak of fire.

I bet they would have been REAL bright if that Moon was not out.

It was also a bit foggy with enogh to reflect the Moon light so after a while all I could see was Jupiter and barely a couple stars so I just came back in the house and watched 3 hours of The Rifleman until 6am.

As you can tell I have a better chance than most people to be outside after midnight laughing

We were reminded daily by the local weatherman, so I was out several nights looking. Never got to see one due to cloud cover and/or bright-ass moon. But I have to admit, without the concern for the meteors, absolutely fantastic nights lately... except for last night, of course.
