I had to stop counting the number of times he says "uh" and "um" in a sentence.

And in a half hour right now at the White House (btw I guess they better change that name too) he has said "uh" and "um" and and and and and.......

Is that part of Harvard Law?

If he isn't reading a monitor all he can do is say "uh" and "ummm" hundreds of times.
