And the one Appointed to Represent Hades (spirit prison) is directly behind him, to receive those slain by the Sword. And Death appears unto many that dwell in the earth.

That was a simple oversight.
 
 
I meant to say, "And Death appears unto many that dwell on the earth."
 
 
However, I could also accurately say, "And Death appears unto many that dwell on and in the earth."
 
I say that because it's the Fallen Angels who "dwell in the earth".
