Rain....Rain.....Rain....

Nothing but rain.....
Floods all over the Peninsula.......well on the other side of the bay in Seattle too.
The road that we live on has the creek about 100ft wide running across the road again,
The creek up on my property (same creek) is up to the top and small pond out front where I usually mow.
Pond is always full so good thing the overflow goes right back in the creek as it leaves the place and the property below me and the hippy farm next door is under water.......I wonder if their big fat pigs can swim.
This part of the road is about 100ft down from my driveway
Where the creek normally crosses under the road is way up at that bend in the road

Noel tells me he's getting clobbered in Portland as well. Seems the entire Northwest is having a typical November.

Yes here in the northwest we tend to get 8 months of rain ormore.
Water off the Pacific since that is the direction weather travels around the planet.
Who gets the most depends on the pressure out of the gulf of Alaska.
Sometimes it goes north of us and hits Canada and other high pressure times it moves south before it makes it to land to rain as much as 6in or more in 24hrs.
Looks like today I won't get much so I can go out and get some things outside ready for more rain.
BUT today it is going to pour over NW Oregon so Portland will need Noel to start building an ark

Took a little drive to Magic's last night after work water running fast over the road !! Typical Washington fall !!
