We've had some brutal heat here in the east, hell my Dads bride came up for our suprise party last week from Florida, and said it was hotter here than back home..

Finally got to turn the A/C off last night and open, its quite chilly here this am, maybe 62 degrees and no humidity.

Funny I was going to mention him tonight too!

I was checking some old VHS tapes to see if they were still good.

I found this old Colts vs Redskins game I taped with Marshall Faulk,Rosie Potts,Jim Harbaugh,Dean Biasucci,punter and only Baltimore Colt left Rohn Stark, Ted Marchibroda,Steve Emtman,and my favorite Tony Siragusa cheerstoyou

During the game was a commercial from a tv show that Dippy Hippy had on Fox back in 1994

I bet Kurt was at that game at the old RCA Dome.

They had some great players and a crappy record....in fact started this game 17-3 after an 85 yard TD from Harbaugh to Faulk.

And Cravn would liked how Rohn Stark was there and Dean Biasucci scored 9 points and his name was mentioned over and over by the play by play guys.

Btw the damn ancient VHS was taped off my old 10ft satellite dish on my old favorite reciever and is still PERFECT king

We need to find someone that can transfer VHS to DVD, I have Ripkens 2130 & 2131 & 2132 games taped on VHS from 1995, they're starting to get a little fuzzy in quality.

Goose was my favorite Raven also, but when I would go to his radio show in Baltimore the SOB wouldnt just sign a picture for me, he would always personalize it..

But he did allow me work his closed door function for Grant A Wish, so I got some great autographs there, Kelly, Marino, Bruce Smith, Kato Kalin lol

Sad thing is I have all this stuff signed from Marino, and a year later I came acrossed a Marino authentic jersey and havent seen him since, to have autographed jerseys from 2 of the greatest QB's to ever play the game hanging side by side would complete my autograph quest.

If it was regular season and not in late December, there is no doubt I was there. As I've said on here before, I've only missed maybe 10 home games (preseason included) since the Colts arrived in 1984. A few preseason games that I let others use the tix and some in late December that would have fallen on either my or my daughter's birthday (or when we were celebrating them) or if it interfered with when we traditionally gathered for my side's family Christmas (on Christmas Eve).

Yessir! They shut down the bridge we drove over at the lake and have vendors set up food and drink. Have a band play, then do fireworks over the water. Should be a great time! Now, if I can just get some of those women in the video to show up... and the bride to look the other way. unripebooya

Those VHS to Disc are getting cheaper all the time Cravn.

I have been tempted to order one for a few years now.

I see em in those catologs the wife gets in the mail all the time and some also record LP's to disc.

I rather buy things where I can pick it up and pay for it at the same time so I will check Walmart next time....I hear Kmart has them too.
