Cravn..........
I need a little advice here........
I recieved my Ebay package Thursday night by way of UPS.
Well when I opened it the wooden frame is broken top left......Not at a joint to where I could do an easy fix,but it actually splintered it.
I emailed Venicefarms(whom I got it from) and said to save the packaging and take it too UPS..........
Is UPS responsible for this?
Would that be the sellers problem?
It is insured........Thank God.I paid a whoppin 375 including shippin for this and really wanted the mirror.
What steps do i need to take here?

Re: Cravn..........
You have to make sure the shipper initiates the claim with UPS..The receiver cannot..

Re: Cravn..........
Justgot off he phone with aUS rep,thy want to send an investigator Tuesday to look at the damaged frame and packagng........
They will determine who`s at fault.......
I have a feeling its gonna come down to pointing fingers at each other.
I have a feeling tho,the seller is actually at fault, cause how could that frame split like that without breaking the mirror?
I think I will have it fixed the best it can cause I imagine it could take awhile for reimbersment...........Or even worse not get paid by the seller.(into which the guy has a great history).........
Not a happy camper here........

Re: Cravn..........
You're fine, you'll either get a replacement or your money back...
