Last week my truck goes down....

I'm like no problems, my partner and I are finishing the tenant finish we are working on for CVS today.... will have things back to normal next week....

SOOO drove from Elwood to Mount Comfort to meet the field Super for the guy we are subbing off of to pick up a nice fat check for the job and.....

The car overheats and DIES right on the I70 Mt comfort exit..

So instead of getting ahead........ I've got TWO vehicles going into the shop on Monday....

Just thank god for Triple A.......

I never have had something like AAA and I drive the same rigs as I did in the 1970's so when that happens I just have a tow truck bring it back home and I figure out wtf needs to be replaced.

Last sunday on my way home from golf (100 mile round trip) the brakes on my Jag started sounding bad so I tried not to use them until I got home.

The front pads look good but the back ones are shot and Jags disc brakes in the back are not like most cars (rotors/pad are not even on the wheels but are both right in the middle under the back seat)

So I made an appointment.......first week in september

And I only drive it in the summer so...........
