My dad's pc is broken. He's a little at a loss not being connected with the virtual world. 
Him being without a computer is a scary thing. He'll either be posting through me, or at a friend's house. Details to follow...

I got another 4inches today and it looks nice as long as this is it.
I knew if I sent your Dad that spyware it would crash his pc and get you back here before the end of the year

What are you running for your anti-virus/anti-spyware Cravn?
The one I use is the one I had back in my dialup days and it was a bit long to load over the dialup to start off so getting the disc makes it much faster......that way you can just do the daily updates over the dialup and that is no problem.
But it is guaranteed to protect your machine and you can use it on up to 5 of your own pc's if you need to without paying extra.
I basically run 6 pc's 24/7 but I actually have 2 dual processor pc's and 2 single processor pc's .

It is usually $80 but I can hook you up for $19.99 (I think it is an extra $10 if you want them to send you the disc)

Personally, I think he was looking for an excuse to get a new computer. I just called him with the lines. He said he got a new Dell like we talked about last night. That's the good news. Bad news is, it is estimated to ship January 5th.
His hard drive is toast on the old pc. Looks like a nice winter project to rebuild it for a backup computer!
It has been snowing down here. It's actually snowing right now. I've only seen snow 4 times in the city since I moved here roughly 2 years ago. People don't know how to drive in ice and snow, and I think Portland has 1 plow in the entire city. It's gonna be an icy day tomorrow. Doesn't matter to me- all I do is walk down the street and hop on a bus and let the bus driver deal with it.
