What plane did you end up getting, John? Philly or BWI?

BWI Blue, It came in cheaper for me. It was a toss up US Air flew out of Philly and I could have boosted up my air miles a tad..But Im on Delta out of BWI with a short layover in Cinncy, I touchdown in Indy at 10:30am.

I have reserved parking in the Victory Field parking lot which is about 1 block N and 1 block West of the stadium. Tons of tailgating goes on there, but we've not yet participated. My car won't carry everything needed for a big tailgate party. I dunno... maybe we can figure something out. Only cars with passes are allowed in, but any and all can walk in.

I must admit I was in the weightroom.....but I didn't show it all in case any chicks lost control on this website

Kurt is talking about before the game.......dinner is later!

I just hope I can get up and go downstairs to the Canterbury restaurant for breakfast......and I already checked the menu there and it looks like a good deal to me

Blue, you get in at noon? I get in at 10:30am, Im calling my hotel to see what transportation services are offered, I aint hailed a cab in 25 years.

All I know for sure (since I looked it up today) is the airport is only 6.5 miles away from Canterbury and that hotel is across the street from the old Catholic church which we checked out last time we were there but I don't remember seeing the hotel across the street.

And they say it is connected to the Circle Mall which we went to and was also next to the Omni.....so I guess everything is near the Circle including the RCA and the new Lucas Oil Stadium.

And Shula's......guess the other places are near by.

And we saw the Capital building

And we just walked around to all those places last time too.

It must be easy to get a ride from the airport since we had no problem last time and I sure as hell never had done that before

Im 2 miles from the RCA, my hotel provides free shuttle service to downtown, just hope they know where to find me at night ohshit

My St. Elmo's wine steward customer has already returned my call asking about the reservations... I even asked if they had a private room or something we could use. He said to call... he'll get us in.

Kurt - Magic & his Sorceress - Blue - Cravn - King & his Queen(?) Cole - I'm assuming 2shock is out... I don't think Mrs. CK is going to the game, so she's probably out... but you never know, since 2shock bailed on us that leaves a seat for her with me, Crav and Blue. My son and his wife will probably use the two new seats down low.

We've got some time, but it is running out. I'm with Blue... let's get this thing planned.

For a sandwich and a college game... I'd reccommend Champs... a sports bar in Circle Center Mall. Good eats... numerous TVs - Big screen, bigger screen, biggest screens...

Is it a definite at Shula's Saturday evening? Better get reservations for that too... SEE MY NEW THREAD POST!!!

We are supposed to land about 8pm in Indy on thursday the 9th so we should be at the hotel by 9pm

It just depends on how the flights all work since we stop in Chicago and then to Indy.
