Well it time to go back to work..

Sigh..... I've milked my ankle as much as I could I gues....(lol not teally I would have DIED to go back to work 2 or 3 weeks ago.........


Now it is going to be time to turn my master plan into reality his summer...

I will be a financially free man very soon..... screw the credit cards.. all but one will be canceled... no bloodsucking mortgage company very soon either........


Just lots of freed up green to put into the safe.......


Screw all the people that say I have to be in debt to be happy and succesful.... they have been misled for too long.

The local Finance Center Federal Credit Union has a new deal where you get 4.5% on their checking account. Only catch is you must have an auto-draft or x-number of ATM useages per month. (That makes it your primary checking account). Check it out, 2shocker...

Family member is a loan officer w/ them... I've been an account holder for years... he'd happily sign you up!

No... I have my investments set up for my retirement with my UNION pension.. my UNION annuity and my own Mutual fund I started about 7 years ago..... between those 3 I have investments aplenty....

I like to have COLD, HARD cash on hand if want to buy something and just pay cash for it.......

My Aunt and uncle have also been talking to me about buying gemstones and gold.... just in case...(those old country folks are pretty savvy you know)

And remember.... I've got SKILLS.... LOL I put a custom safe in Steve Hilberts private offices at Conseco years ago that you wuldn't have even know was there.... (and hell who would worry about HIS safe.... they would have been too busy trying to get the GOLD sink and batroom fixtures out to worry about it.... LOL

We have our own credit Union through the carpenter union... So I have a savings account and a checking account through them.........




I still like CASH............. CASH is good... CASH is your friend.... CASH can talk MUCH louder than money in the bank in the right crowds...(flashes back to the days of my mis-spent youth..... LOL)
