(President Bush is not an investor at Exxon and the government can't tell the oil companies what to do,but they do raise and lower the interest rates and cut the BS tax programs that the liberals give us)

Interest rates were just lowered because we are in a recession. Why are we in this recession? because the price of oil is so high, folks cant afford to spend their monies elsewhere. Housing is down, new car sales are down, raw goods are down (except for oil) Theres no reason we are paying 92.00+ a barrel for Oil. Oh thats right, we are in a war for oil. I thought we were winning this war?
Gov't can regulatae what business can do and cant do. I thought we werent allowed to be price gauged during desperate times? Katrina hits BAM 3.00 a gallon for gas, The price for a gallon of Gas hasnt recovered from that day..
So I guess you are all pleased about this little 500-600 Bonus that Bushy is planning to give you? The recession booster..If he is going to give it to me than fine, give it to me. But he isnt taxing it, so in 2009 I have to report it as income!!! An Economy booster my ass!!! Hey Bush, you know what Im doing with my wifes and my portion of your litttle bonus?? Im giving it to Margaret Thatcher..Thats right Im going to the British owned Bahamas!!
