Yeah, I'm in my 550 square foot shoebox apartment. I've been here a week now. It's not much, but for $500 a month, it ain't too shabby. It turns out I know 3 people who also live in this complex.....what are the odds, eh? lol

Utilities will only cost around $70 a month, and I'm getting a bundled package from Comcast for $54 a month.....basic cable and broadband internet. I'm getting that price because it's a promotional deal they give to people who switch over from Directv. Speaking of which......I know you guys are sweating bullets about Sunday Ticket. I'll be thrilled if Comcast does buy it, but I'll also feel bad for you guys. But more than that.....I think I'd rather see Directv keep the Ticket, because you can have Directv almost anywhere, but cable access is limited. I plan on buying remote property when I'm ready, and I won't have access to cable....so I'd rather see Directv keep ST.

Anyway......all I want right now is to get to the end of the year in one piece needhelp

Well I hope you are making big &'s Mighty!

That sounds too expensive to me every month but I guess it's been a while since I had to do that (other than the tv part)

I still have no word from Directv but I can't imagine them losing it.

But the other day we gave dish network the legal threat and they promised to send us a new reciever in a couple days (UPS) and remote and cut $100 off the bill.

The lucky guys are the new subscribers that get the free install and the free hdtv and dvr recievers.

You will get that when you buy a place
