Fuck Sprint!!

These idiots have lost my business!!!

I've had them for about 3 years and didn't have any trouble with them until here recently... and they are trying to overcharge the hell out of me!!

4 months ago they tried to charge me over $500 for my bill, then 275 the following month and then 250 last month and now today(sprint billing day where you hold your breath and wait to see what happens..!!)anothe 296!!!

HA!!! So I have to spend an hour talking to some dumb cunt from India.... who keeps insisting but Sir... you're bill is 296!! I"VE HAD ENOUGH!!!

I went to Verizon TODAY!! and liked what I saw.... and I will be switching to them this friday(payday heh, heh...)

Now I get to fuck with Sprint like they have fucked with me for the last 6 months... I'll send them a dollar a month (so they can't put me in collections) until they eat the overcharges on the bill... and if they don't I'll have them paid off in 20 years or so...

Sprint is called "Embarq" here now because they changed their name........I guess so they can rob people with a different name.

We get that shit from Dish Network too.

I don't know anything about those broads from India.....other than the rumor that their crotches smell funny because of the wierd food they eat

Well here's the update on whats happening with Sprint... I guess somehow I got signed up for a PRREMIUM text messaging service on the wild and wonderful world wide web..... Seems that these messages cost around $7.00 a piece.. Of course I wouldn't know this since I have had text messaging turned off on my phone since the very first high bill... I have NEVER signed up for a text messaging service as i really, really hate text messaging and think that it's pointless..(if I'm going to take the time to text message somebody i will just call them... LOL)

Now Sprint is tryingto say that I am responsible for the charges... LOL after I blocked text messaging per their stupid outsourced customer service foreignor...

No way am I going to pay for their shoddy reps horrible advice.

LOL... I am also only communicating with them through email now as well, so I can have a written record of everything at all times. My attorney makes Johhny Cochran look somebody off of thePeoples Court..

Hell if it comes to that I'll post this crap all over the internet everywhere i can and get ANOTHER class action lawsuit thrown at them for their business practices.... LOL they picked the wrong guy this time...

Problem solved... Shock wins and gets a HUGE credit on my account.

Talked to one of the supervisors..(she called me) and she gave me her direct-line and her direct e-mail and says if it happens again to call and let her know... She also says they have had big problems with the India customer service... I should say so...

I am once again a satisified customer...

But if it happens again Sprint

I would dump Sprint immediately..We've been with Verizon for 10 years, we have 3 phones (1 with a 16 year old) Free Long Distance, Free Weekends, I think its 50 text messages and 50 Picture Phone send and recieves..69.00 a month and we've never went over the minutes.
