How to enable TPM. If you need to enable TPM, these settings are managed via the UEFI BIOS (PC firmware) and vary based on your device. You can access these settings by choosing: Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Restart now.

A TPM chip is located on a computer's motherboard as a dedicated processor. Cryptographic keys store Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA) encryption keys specific to the host system for hardware authentication.

Where is TPM in your BIOS settings?
Enabling the Trusted Platform Module
During the server startup sequence, press the F9 key to access System Utilities.
From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > Server Security.
Select Trusted Platform Module Options and press the Enter key.

Why is TPM not showing in Windows Security?
If the TPM is a TPM 2.0 and isn't detected by Windows, verify that your computer hardware contains a Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) that is Trusted Computing Group-compliant. Also, ensure that in the UEFI settings, the TPM hasn't been disabled or hidden from the operating system.
