Must see TV

I hope you get a chance to catch Journey to Planet Earth, (its different than Planet Earth). Its a great piece narrated by Matt Damon. hour long presentation with no commercials.
The Hardy Jones piece IMO was the best part of the program.

What the Chinaman does to these poor creatures is unrealistic.
The fishing trollers!!! What a waste. Each net haul when brought to the boat weighs up to 500 thousand pounds. 1/4 of that is not the top dollar getting fish, the boys on the boats slaughter those fish for no reason.
Its really a head shaking and eye opening show.

Re: Must see TV
Have you been watching that new Planet Earth show on the Discovery Channel?
http://dsc.discovery.com/convergence/planet-earth/planet-earth.html
(I can't get their fucking page to load)
It is on for a couple hours on sunday nights and it is video never seen by any humans that didn't actually take all that video and create the program and the video is amazing by itself.
I will be watching again tonight (and check the Lakers during the commercials
Of course they had to use some actress to moderate and act like she is a geologist..........like Rosie O'Fatass who thinks she is a physicist now

Re: Must see TV
I couldn't get the page to load, either. I have all the Directv channels.....but I never even turn the tv on during the offseason!! Why the hell am I paying for all that, anyway??
I'm assuming that episode was about how an overpopulated planet is being destroyed. Maybe the best thing that can happen is a devastating plague wipes out 80% of the population, leaving only a select few to inherit the earth!! As long as those select few include the BC participants, the Colts, and a good supply of babes, then I'm all for it!!
