U-verse is messing with my NFL watching again

I've had the NFL Network as part of my channel line-up as long as they've been around. It is a sub-par broadcast in all aspects. BUT, now that they've decided to broadcast some games on their network alone, I've been put in the position to HAVE to watch them. In the past things would be on their network, but also broadcast on another network...

So last night I'm lounging in the Lazy Boy thinking how bad the TV offerings suck as I scroll thru my Twitter feed. Boom - there it was a tweet about the game! Oh shit - I forgot - Thursday Night Football! Two sucky teams, but that's better than America's Got Talent. Guess what... U-verse has dropped the NFL Network! I had no idea. Now that was likely a poor excuse for NFL football last night (I'll never know BECAUSE I COULDN'T WATCH IT) but I'd like to make that decision by having the option to watch, THEN switch the channel. But NOOOOO... ATT U-verse made that decision FOR me. Dammit.

I don't get NFL channel on Dish either.

I had espn turned off a couple years ago since the website is enough but that also turned off NFL channel and now I have no sports channels at all.

And they used to show the games at the same time on one of the Networks but like you I only had crap on there so we watched some other stuff (NatGeo and Smithsonian) which turned out to be better than watching those two teams and those fake QB's......my biggest mistake was picking that game here and I picked the same bums on my espn Pigskin Pickem's .......that sucks since I started with a 12 - 3 week one.

But when I called to just get the cheap-o sports channels like CBS-Sports and Fox Sports they said I had to also pay for all the regular espn channels AND move up to the next highest package so they could raise my monthly price to over $100 per month......fuck that....the $68 I pay now is a scam since I only watch about 10 of those channels I get.

So I watched the play by play on the espn SFT$ website........in Pigskin Pickem's a one point win would have been enough but since they could no way cover the spreadf I put my 47 years of picking JINX on them so they couldn't score on that last drive and Tampa won

I better pick do some parlay picks to bail out of that crap and maybe a BB too

If you have android devices I have an app that plays every single game, and its free, and you can cast them to your TV.

No android device here and hughes satellite is not fast enough to watch any internet games either (hard to even watch boxing)

So I only get to watch the couple games seattle channels have and they are so cheap it is usually only the Seatoucans and one other game and then the sunday night game.
