Route 66

Bummer. I'm feeling older every day.

Yeah I have been watching Route 66 every week for a long time and I always think of Martin Milner as a young guy cruising around in his different Corvettes.

But he was the same age as my Dad so I don't feel quite that old........well until I have to get up and go shopping with the wife like I just did so now I will be back on the couch until tomorrow afternoon

She got lots of groceries and I got six 80lb bags of concrete.......took em out of her trunk and put em in my cars trunk.

(and stopped by the post office and got *chips* from a goofy old timer who sent 2 envelopes and the first one was empty and not even glued shut and the other one has the *chips* in it  =SA= )

LMAO and I just opened it and the *chips* were not even in between the secret hiding paper I usually get the chips wrapped up inside

Funny thing is that George Maharis is still alive and just turned 87 and in that show he had to quit the last season because of health problems in 1963 and was replaced by Glenn Corbett that looked pretty much like the same guy but they played different characters and he died way back in 1993 at age 59.

Not sure if I have seen all 116 programs but I still stay up until about 4am to see it on the weekends (gawd they just changed the time to 4am)
