Streaming Video Link for Bald Eagles' nest

This is pretty cool.  We have a pair of bald eagles nearby who have set up a nest in a state park. The state park system rigged up an HD video cam and have a live, 24-hour a day feed of the nest.  There is currently one egg being tended with 1-2 more expected soon.  Nature up close and personal and live. Oh, and the eagles are named Liberty and Freedom.

Eagle must be sleeping .....ah ok she started moving.

We have lots of them here and even more up north but then I don't have a camera up above the nest

We have hawks here that eat any smaller bird they can find and the other day it grabbed another white chicken (I think it was a chicken) and flew over to my place under the fir trees and all that is left is white feathers.

Maybe one of these days the hippy neighbors will figure out you can't let farm animals just run around the property and even on the road and driveways.

We have bear and cougars and other wild cats and coyote that don't mind getting free dinner too.

They are pretty common down here too, but we used to love watching them circle over the river back in PA.

Someone watching the video finally caught both of them yesterday.  Amazing creatures.

The eagles here are like pets but we have a fatass red hawk who will soon slepp with the fishes because he keeps flying into my yard and eating the poor robins

He can eat the neighbors chickens or those evil bluejays

Ah hell, Magic. Its the circle of life. Thats what many of those robins were put here for… appetizers for the hawks and anything else able to catch one.
