Thank you sir smile

Yeah what I did was I took those 4X4 pressure treated posts and put some motor oil on the bottom just to add protection and then under each one I put another concrete pad so the aren't sitting on the main concrete that will get wet (until next year when I close that area up for a place to store the Deere)

Two of the pads are that round type with rebar inside (mobile home pads I saved) and the lower one for that back corner I cut off and put up on a concrete pyramid block with the steel attachment that has that bolt that goes down inside the concrete block.

It should last at least 75 years since the ones this is replacing was just 2 untreated logs that stood on pyramid blocks for about 30 years before I poured a concrete floor 11 years ago inside where I now store the wood pellets (behind where you see that RxR sign)

So around the year 2100 if the rest of that building is still standing the next owner can update it lol

If I was still a youngster I would have just made concrete pillars there instead which is pretty easy.

I have lots of new metal roofing material in my stash so one piece should fit under the stairs to deflect the rain instead of trying plywood there next year.

Just checking concrete has be known to eat away at the pressure treated wood. From the inside out.

Thanks for reminding me.........I think that did happen to the one I put in concrete over 10 years ago for one of the lil satellite dishes.

It is the one that now has the new HD dish on it and I noticed when I was mowing last month that the 4X4 looks like it could snap off in the wind this winter.

I could unbolt it and move it to where the DirecTV dish is since for some reason that one is still in good shape.

Wind and rain season has already started here.

It is real easy to do if you have the picture on your computer Barry

Look up there ^^^ where it says *host and image* and when you do that then you copy line 3 of the links it gives you and copy and paste it on the one next to it *Insert an image*

I use that all the time.
