By "My" definition of this freakin prop bet, it's talking about QB rushing yards. Fortunately, the 1/2 point has no real effect on the final standings.
Here's the official definition of the general term "Yards from scrimmage":
A statistic in football that measures how far the offensive team makes it from the line of scrimmage. This statistical measure is calculated as the total of rushing yards and total of passing yards. Credit is given to the player who carries the ball during a rushing play. Credit is given to the player who catches the ball during a pass play.
Now, the prop specifically refers to the QB so it would have to be the QB's rushing yards not his passing yards since passing yards from scrimmage are attributed to the receiver.

Nope yards from scrimmage is passing and rushing and Manning got that one.

That only applies to RB's not QB's
Nobody on the planet would pick Manning to rush for more yards than any other QB in the NFL

Basically, the entire BC season came down to the following adage: If you are/were a Seahawk fan and had faith in your team, you were gonna clean up.

Not really. The QB gets rushing yards credited all the time. I hear what you're saying about not picking Manning but the prop, IMHO, is asking you to pick the QB who gets the most rushing yards from scrimmage. I'm not saying it makes sense. It makes about as much sense as having a coin toss prop.

Winning bookies is nice but it is even sweeter having my seahawks win it all

This i agree with............I also picked Manning cause of the passing yds.
Like magic said"Nobody in their right mind would pick Manning to out rush wilson.......Nobody!"
But like Blue said that 1/2 point probably does not effect anything.......

Re: AND THE WINNERS ARE. . .
Given the "QB Yards from scrimmage" discussion, I would vote that the bet be changed to say QB rushing yards from scrimmage, as I was with Magic and Woodsy on this. I cannot imagine anyone (other than Blue) thought that was rushing yards only. (Well, I'd vote that way IF I had one...)

Re: AND THE WINNERS ARE. . .
Having trouble connecting to the server to post an alternate result grid (I'll hopefully be able to do that later).
If you flip around the results for the QB yards from scrimmage pick (which is a 1 point pick, not a half-point), the top 7 finishers and points are:
PrimeTime - 24
R&R Hawks - 23.5
Magic - 16.5
Eh-Say - 16.5
ColtsKurt - 16
BlueShoes - 16
CravnRavn - 16
