Buy the Obama Wow (a Sham-Wow knock-off)

Listened (mostly) to Obama's sales pitch on the ACA today.  He sounded a lot like a typical TV shill..."Call in the next 30 minutes and we'll double the offer!".  Kept repeating the 1-800 number to call for insurance assistance (in lieu of using his crappy web site).  Seriously.  Is this a proper role for the President of the United States?  BTW, some have reported calling the number only to have a recorded message tell them to go to HealthCare.gov for insurance information.
