Hell Indy is a bigger city than Detroit is now anyway, add some upper decks to Victory Field and you have a MLB ballpark.

It's more populous than Baltimore at 620,000...

It's actually going through a building boom right now Cravn, lots of cranes all over the place, lots of new buildings going in. Lots of new aprtments/condos retail etc.

Baltimore is older but Indy is about 5 times the size so that would spread out the population.
