With all good intentions, it still sounds to me like Jimmy is throwing money down the drain on this venture. Strip mall area, outside of town, and a very focused seasonal demographic. That is not a very good business model. The rent the man pays seems a tad high and it really doesn't sound like, long term, the business is viable.

nice gesture Jimmy, we know dam right well the old man wouldnt do that.

Maybe the owners, should consider moving into the downtown district, they could make boo-ko bucks in town vs the suburbs..

It could work, theres plenty of room for two sports bars around LOS, the Colts Grill can only handle what 250 patrons?

There are numerous sports bars around Camden Yards and Ravens Stadium, and they all make out just fine.

You said the magic words, John. Camden Yards (as in 81 home baseball games during most of the football off season). Indy doesn't have that going for it when it comes to sports bars.

Well, technically you do. Do they play downtown and do they draw 25,000+ fans a game?

Indy is not Mayberry, sidewalks dont roll up at dark, from what I seen the Blue Horshoe would do just fine in downtown
