Many years ago I made a small version of that for my kid to take to school for some project using golf balls that end up as a hole in one .........still have most of it stored out in one of the buildings here.

In the one shot there's a TV that swings down, is stopped then a sledge hammer smashes the screen. Right after that, in the shot where a ball is rolling down the sloped channel there are 8-10 shattered TV's sitting on the floor. So, yeah, it took several takes to get the whole thing, for sure.
