Is there some sort of medication I can take to rid myself of these horrific picks? I may have to see a specialist...

Tall, either brown or clear bottle, with a tax sticker around the cap..The only meds that work.

Been on that regularly for years. Guess I'll just up the dosage. See, the saying, "Make lemonade out of life's lemons." does have some truth...

You could try mixing various liquors until you're puking your guts out, then make your picks at that time, since you won't be thinking about your picks.

Or, a variation on the cow chip picking method. Make a grid with the games, then pick the games the spewage hits...
