Its a huge lot , thats the only down side because SOMEONE insisted on selling my tractor..Its a tad under 1/2 acre, probably one of the largest lots in Deltona. Picture #11 thats a pic directly across the property, thats an access to the lake inwhich if you live there you have access.

What I like is these people are desperate to get back home to Minnesota, they were screwed at a settlement 2 weeks ago when the buying folks loan fell through, this home is just about empty except for their bedroom..I got a feeling I can get it for a bit lower than they are asking.

I cannot believe the price of push mowers, I had to break down and buy one last weekend, 359.00 for a Toro, you just cant buy a old fashion push behind mower because the grounds here are all sand, so I had to buy the one that is self propelled.

Oh, and if the new mower's self-propelled then you can really save yourself by not trying to push it. Probably will be easier on you if you mow that way.

Well this is it, tonight we will officially offer them a contract, see what making them wait got us, they dropped the price 1,500 but most importantly they upped the ante and are paying all closing costs, so thats 6000 in my pocket..Looks like a trip back to Turks & Caicos might just be what the doctor ordered..Afterall Iam under so much stress Probably just be a shortie 4 day long weekend jaunt, since we are so close to the Bahamas, it cant be a 90 minute flight away.

Now I need a pool bitch, and a John Deere and I'll be set...


And heres the better part, I seen a commercial for Direct TV and the Moving Pkg, If you moved the NFL Ticket was free, well Ive been paying on mine for 2 months now, 39.99 a month..I called them bitches up and said I just moved here mid April, after some whining on my part, they credited my acct 80.00 and I have the Ticket for free this season...

What a day yesterday sat on the beach, hot as hell, phone rings, its the bank, Everything is a go, go buy your home they tell me, NICE we call our realtor she starts the paperwork, by 7pm they have our contract in hand..

Phone rings again, A fucking job interview for this morning..Hostess Snacks, I can do route sales, thats what Ive done my career..


They gave us a settlement date of Sept 13th, damn it I wanted to be in there by kickoff Sept 9th, thats OK.
