It poured rain before and after I mowed the almost hay field/lawn with that $4.19 per gallon gas.

I actually haven't mowed around the pond area yet and that side of the house and a couple other spots.

This rain forest weather keeps putting me way behind so I actually had to mow with the blades raised up and I never have this late in the year.....until yesterday.

It is sort of dry right now so I should finish it.

While I was out a few minutes ago I decided to pull up old dead grass on one side of that satellite dish we have used as a flower pot since 2002.....got my first bee sting since a few years ago when I was painting the house.

I do feel a bit sick right now.....either the bee or this weather wtf

This is the part I mowed out front (100 yards X 100 yards or so)

Gotta say, that's a fine piece of land you have.

But my dink 550 sq. foot apartment is FAR better than what you have. I much prefer living in this confined coffin of an apartment, over living on spacious land filled with all manner of greenery and lush growth. Wildlife, water, cool weather.

Sorry Magic, but when it comes to living conditions, I have you beat, hands-down. But maybe, just maybe, if you make the right moves in the future, you too can live in a dark dingy coffin like me.

Mighty, that's just one of the reasons we all want to be just like you!

Well I must admit it is a lot easier living in an apartment.

This is the kind of place where the owner usually would be paying people to do all the outside work and also this attic conversion I am working on right now (since it is just raining and mid 50's)

As usual the tools I have to try and do just the most simple things almost NEVER works.

I had to stop for a few minutes because I am Desert Eagle pissed right now.

My tools always suck no matter what I am doing.......and these are fairly new ones like the B&D shitsaw and jigsucks.....I would think some one would have went postal at their local Home Depot by now pizzedoff

Nothing seems to ever get fucking done here.

Wish I was just outside mixing some concrete........but I don't like sitting in the rain and cold with the north winds.

Can't even go out and look at Venus crossing the Sun today.

Maybe I will see it next time when I am 160 years old Rolling Eyes

Well I am starting to wake up (2pm)

We got a day with no rain and just clouds yesterday so about this same time I decided to finish a concrete and red brick project out in front of the house.

I got finished and back in the house about 8pm wtf

2 pain pills later......drinking my RockStar energy drink.....not that I will be doing much today.

Of course about 4am it started pouring rain again by the concrete probably doesn't mind.

Mixing ready-mix and mortor and sitting on the ground...up and down off the ground.....I guess that is easier if you are a .....not so tall guy lol

Haven't taken a pic yet (I know you just can't wait)

It is mainly just another project that in the future makes it easier to just buzz around these flower spots with the mower and maybe keep the grass from spreading into these flower gardens and maybe a few fewer weeds crawling in since I can see that getting down on the ground pulloing weeds is for the younger generation.

Well if they weren't just sitting on their ass smoking weed and listening to trash and waiting for their mental gov checks Rolling Eyes

I mixed the concrete with only one glove on my left hand since the othergot holes in it doing another job........and you know how much a right hander uses his left hand.......so my hand feels like it is made of concrete too right now wtf

I have saved gas driving that new car I got a few months ago since I never drive it unless the sun is out (same with my old ones)

It just sits on the driveway under a cover.

...........wtf....sounds like birds or the chipsters are knocking at the door..... wave

Edit: ok I went outside with the camera and that is about all the work so far today.......looking out the window and the ducks just crash landed in the pond and are looking for sunflower seeds....11 female mallards looking up here at me begging for more seeds

Ok I stood up on a bench and tried to take a picture.....bigger than it looks (58 X 70)

My grass is 2 ft tall here, Im not kidding, I cant bring myself to buy a push mower..My cousin stopped over yesterday and said he will bring his mower by Saturday..My purple flamingo in the front yard, you can just barely see his neck booya

Nice work there Mr Bill, so when I settle on a home that dosent have a deck around the pool, Ill order some pavers and fly you totally across/diagnally country.

Well that is one way to get me on that angle NW to SE to FLA Cravn smile

Yeah that one has another one to match it that I still have to do.

They are on each side of that 10ft Dish I layed out front and made a flower box out of back when I came home from the hospital in 2001

They have been out there for years but I just had the bricks sitting there around those 2 spots since I never had the time to actually do the concrete work.

I have to do the other one now just to match.........and as usual I just come up with all the measurement numbers as I go (never write them down) and they have to be the same distance from the foundation.....I actually did the concrete work on the foundation about 15 years before the house was built.

The one job I still have to do this summer is one I won't like doing at all.......putting a new roof on the pump house tower because it won't last another winter and the upstairs is all sheetrock interior (it was Jr's bedroom when he was a kid)

The wife has been to FLA many times but I have never been close other than watching the NASA channel lol

Sounds like you need the riding mower to do your lawn now!!

Here is that tower in the background.......way up there and a bit steep and I have to rip off all the old cedar and pull the nails and then put down plywood,tarpaper/and new metal roof after I order it.......forest green to match all the other buildings and this will be my last roof ever.

.....you probably wonder why I am up before 6am wtf
