I remember watching. Can't say if it was first run or re-reun, but I liked it back then.

Um guys....it is still on every day where you live.

I looked it up a few days ago.

http://metvnetwork.com/index.php

Indianapolis and several other towns in Indy and the same in Illinois.

The channel is called MeTV....or they also use the actual name (KVOS Bellingham here)

2 shows per day at 5pm and every friday night they play several hours in a row on AMC

I will watch em until I see all 168 and more than once once the ones I just barely remember.

They had so many classic actors as guests ......and I still watch Branded every saturday ( it was Chucks next tv show after The Rifleman ended)

That is on MeTV too....followed by The Guns of Will Sonnett with Walter Brennan

And yeah Chuck played some pro baseball and basketball......I try to block out of my mind him playing for Bwahstan Sellticks though sucks

Believe it or not, I think I've only seen 1 or 2 episodes of the Rifleman.

The only thing I remember from the 60s is NASA.

And my Tonka Trucks hellyes

Actually, come to think of it, I remember a lot of stuff before 1970 rolled around.

I just don't remember the Rifleman lol

Johnny Yuma (the rebel). Pallidin (Have gun will travel) along with the Rifleman (and Gunsmoke, of course). Good TV for this teen in the day.

Yeah they all are great and that is why they are STILL on TV for us every week.

I watch The Rebel every saturday morning right before Branded and Guns of Will Sonnett

And you can watch Gunsmoke every day and it's original older version "Marshall Dillon"

I have always been a fan of old tv and movies and can't stand most actors post -1980

Johnny Yuma is pretty funny now days to watch......little guy who is a confederate moving around and getting in trouble and of course solving trouble.

And Bonanza is on a couple times a day too.

I do watch a few new shows at night but those will not be around in 40 or 50 years like these classics.

Part of my favorite thing about The Rifleman is it is always in black and white.

Color would ruin it.

Which kind of makes "Branded" look strange.......Lucas McCain is now Jason McChord in living color.

And of course I know you remember "Wagon Train"

I got an email not long ago telling me they are planning a new version of "The Rifleman"......now I wonder if they can really pull that off again.
