I'm down to a recent low of 192. Although I don't suggest rupturing a disk as a good way to shed some "winter wool."

I enjoyed not having the real rough winter, but my x-country skis didn't enjoy just hanging there on the wall in the garage. Crazy weather... should have left the boat in the water... could have saved $700. Water never did freeze over on the lake this year.

I have resumed my "walks." It is amazing how much you lose when you sit on your ass for basically a month, eating hydrocodones... when I resumed, I could barely do 20 push-ups. Before that dreadful day, I was warming up with 30, averaging 35-40 during the walks. Got my work cut out for me to get back to where I was. Goal remains the same... drop and give you 50. Done it a handful of times, but I want to be able to do it anytime.

Oh, Magic, I'm pretty much ALWAYS on my PC at the office. EVERYTHING we do these days is on the 'puter.

Now, back to reviewing the Colts roster and trying to figure out what number I'll be sportin' this year at the games...
