That's a loss for sure. We need people like that taking the fight to the front lines.


And after everything I've been through for the last month, and am still going through now, I'm surprised I haven't dropped dead of a stress-related heart attack myself!!!

Yeah that night I watched them have a 2 hour goodbye to him on The Five and Red Eye

Of course he was on other programs too.

He should have carried the bottle of nitro pills.

Nitro does keep the heart ticking, but so does a can of Red Bull.

Or better yet, pop a nitro pill and wash it down with Red Bull.


But when you think about it.....maybe it's better to simply drop dead on the spot with no warning, compared to a slow decline, leaving you plenty of time to think about dying.

There's no doubt it's important to have all your affairs in order, including your will, just incase you do drop dead on the spot.

Well I do drink the Red Bull's but I like the RockStar's just because of the taste I guess.

In fact I drink one every morning instead of coffee since that makes me sick these days.

Must admit I don't really feel much after drinking those but maybe I need 2 cans instead of just one......maybe one can is for small people

I think I was small back when I was 12 but then I all of a sudden became 6' 4 and these days 265lbs so I rarely see bigger versions around here

Ok time to go sleep and dream of morning when I drink my cold can of

.....oh and I carry my nitro's with me on the road
