34`s SB Party

I invite you guys every year,but none of you ever show up........What gives?

Is it the menu?
I have a little something different every year.
Is the gambling?
Gotta love the cards and dice I have here...plus the pools I run for the game.
Is it the tunes?
You know I do a variety of tunes..Theres gotta be something you like that we have in common.....From Neil Diamond all the way to 5 Finger Death Punch.(see below)
Is it the drinking?
Its a bring your own deal.So it can`t be that......(although i do have a varietyof liquor stored)
Got 3 tvs:A 58",46" and 32" just in the Bar/Casino alone.You can watch the game from anywhere....

If you have any other excuses other than that............Its cause your all scared.

You`ll find no better place to watch the games than here...........Aaaaaand thats................Honest injun!

Usually you pimp your million dollar sb square, but not this year, you forgot about us..

Actually I havn`t had those squares in two years now Crav..........

Besides this years party has been called off.My mother is about to begin her journey up above........I`m not sure she will make it thru the weekend.
Cancer has finally taken over.Two weeks ago she barely able to walk with a walker.Then she had to the hospital a couple of days to get rid of pneumonia and the pain in her hip.
Come to find out the pain was caused by her cancer finally coming back and wrapping around her spine and aorta.
She`s has not eaten since Monday and now yesterday morning she has lost her mind.Once in a while she has a recollection of who I am.....Its horrible.(I am preaching to the choir here I know).I know you guys ahve lost family yourselves.


I know she will be in a better place once this is all said and done,but I wish it will end here soon.......Enough is enough.

Damn! Kurt screws up his back and has to miss all the cool Indy SB stuff and now you have to go through this. Been there, done that. One hour at a time, Bear. One hour at a time. My hope is that they are providing comfort and good pain relief for your Mom. My thoughts are with you and yours.

Yup, make her as comfortable as possible and tell her its ok. Better place awaiting.

My issues pale in comparison.

Thanks guys.........................Its hard to take right now,But I do know that it will be best for her to go.

Last thing she said last night when I left was "Make sure you call me before you come here(nursing home) because I may not be here.(when in actually she was thinking she maybe going home)

And my thoughts were just what you guys would think..........She probably won`t be here at all on SB Sunday.
