Yeah I just don't get why people are buying gold and silver now since there is no way you are going to make much profit.
YOU would be better off at the horse track.
We see gold commercials all day on TV telling us how it is the end of the world so you better buy GOLD before the dollar is worthless.
Seems to me that when any of them sell this gold and silver to you they are taking our Ben Franklins
Sure it would have been good if I bought gold and silver in 1950 with the money I have right now but.....well I was born in 1958 and didn't have the Ben Franklin collection until the 90's
I will stick to collecting Ben Franklins
Also see them always printing a new version of the Ben Franklins as a bit goofy unless they will trade mine for the new version without asking any questions

Re: New Hobby
Hey I was betting Emerald Downs last night.
Magic, they are projecting Silver in the 100 dollar range, my Dad left me pounds of it, but its untouchable..
I finally found some of the coins that are missing from his collection, they are 2 oz Super Bowl Rounds...I was always searching for Super Bowl Coins and coming up empty..
I also found info on a 3oz ingot of .9999+ pure silver that we kids got in 1960's as a gift from a Bank in Washington Dc for opening up a Christmas Club..Ive found that 3 oz nugget on the net for 450.00, thats another one I'll be stashing away!!

Now THAT is the only way to invest in silver or gold Cravn
Silver was real cheap in the 1960's.........I would buy 100lbs at that price
And put it in a box made of gold
I have one of those small silver things around here some where......doesn't way much as I recall.......printed rectangle shaped piece......I guess I will go see if I can find it.
You will probably save yours forever
I had several silver dollars but they got stolen from this place years ago and a drawer full of pennies......a couple days later I bought that famous Betsy the pistol grip 12 gauge killer of 72 moles over the years

We dont even want to go there..My Dad was up in Baltimore in the 90's burying his Aunt, and my stupid drugged out sister and her dope head "friends" ransacked my Dads place in Fla and stole all of his coins, these Super Bowl rounds that we are rebuying are probably the ones stolen from him years ago..But thats what he liked, So Im continuing it!!!
I gave the "Missing Link" her piece of Silver, and I called her yesterday and told her if she had any thoughts of pawning it for her fix, that she was to call me..Than I grilled her whether she still has it or not, she does caus it has a special marking on it and I asked her what was on it..That Dumb bitch!!!
