Actually, we don't get tornado's in San Antonio. Last one anywhere near us was just north of Austin many years ago. We also don't get earthquakes and by the time a Hurricane makes it's way this far north it's downgraded to a tropical storm or squall line. We love them because they fill up our aquifer.

So mother nature is still nice to us but we can still get run over by a car if we don't pay attention crossing the street

Finished the final book of the trilogy and am slowly editing it now. Have no idea when it would be released. The screen play is two weeks away from being finished and they will then shop it in Hollywood this summer.

I'm am a board member and investor in a new app being developed. We will be in the same space as Foursquare and other locational based apps. Ours is a customer loyalty program for merchants and although we just started approaching merchants in San Antonio we have signed up everyone we have approached. Valero want's to do a 160 store test with their company owned convenience stores in the SA area and the largest theater chain in SA is on board as well as many bars and restaurants. If SA is successful post launch (mid July) we will release the app nationally by late fall. Of course you will need a smart phone (I-Phone/Android) to download and be even smarter to use it. LOL ... Will let everyone know when it's downloadable so you can check it out.
