Finally I get one that drives to my house to pick up those fine *Chips*
Saved me the $1.10 for the money order, the envelope and stamp, and the drive to the post office
And even you youngsters would feel sore today if you had to haul 16 bags of wood pellets in my house from out in the car and still have 34 more to pick up.......(2 pain pills to get out of bed today)

Hey Hustler, you reading this??
My neighbor came down the driveway with a pick-up load of firewood, all I did was look at the youngest..But I did feel sorry for him and carried a few logs
Magic, where do you keep those pellets? I was tinkering with the idea of an insert, but I cant store 2 pallets of bags on the porch, the Mrs would bitch that they would be an eye-sore.
Then we have the garage, but 2 pallets would prevent HER car from going in there, and shes insane if she thinks my JD is going out in the elements.

Well Cravn I have been trying to do this as easy as possible and to save the most $ too.
(no Hustler has never helped his Dad.....prepare for excuses)
This time I hauled the ton home in the wifes Accord to save on gas and before I did it in 4 trips but this time in just 3 trips so it was probably just about 1 gallon of gas to do it (better than getting my 4X4 out)
I still have to make the final trip to pick up 16 more (and just brought the 13 in the house I left in the trunk over night)
You have a pretty big house so I know you can do it Cravn.
One thing to do is not store them on the pallet since that takes up more room.
Like maybe stack them up as high as you can handle in a line in the garage (50 bags take up less room that way)
I put most of my ton in a closet that is off the kitchen which is under the stairway that goes upstairs.
As you can imagine it is not the normal closet since it angles down to the floor but I pack them in all the way out to where I actually can stand up in there and the hot water tank is actually in this closet too.
Usually in the winter I had a stack of about 15 in a corner behind where the front door opens but I am skipping that now since the wife put shit there.
Now where I put the rest won't work for you......since the shower is still not in my own master bathroom I stack half a ton or what ever I have left to store in there behind a shower curtain I put up just to make it hidden because I also use that area to stash my tools and other stuff until I ever tile that shower and all the rest I would have to do.
My plan next is to just clear out the bottom room on that pump house tower I have and I think I could store 2 tons in there with the water pump.......just have to figure out what to do with all the crap that I have stored in there over the last 25 years
It is always dry enough in there and I guess I might have to buy a cheap wheel cart of some sort so I could just roll em over on the driveway to the house......even one at a time if I have to.
So a row of 5 bags stacked 10 bags high doesn't take up much room in your garage.
If I didn't already have 100 projects going I would build a concrete storage for 2 tons outside the back door
I would love to stock up on a few tons of these he is selling for $179 per ton ($195 with the taxes)
YOU can do it if I can Cravn

Since the fireplace is in the garage, maybe I can stack it along the outset of the fireplace..that could work.
WOW your town has pellets cheap, my Aunt has a pellet stove, and back in October our store had a 1 day sale of 150.00 per pallet, now its every bit of 250.00 a pallet...
You know we could manufacture those pellets, with all the mills I have surrounding me, just need to come up with some kind of compressor for the saw dust..
