Re: Ahh RIP Ruth Lilly.
She did a lot for those working at her Kessler Blvd. mansion, her attornies, and grandkids, too.
Gave away her $800,000,000 inheritance, for the most part.
$800,000,000... think of that. Wow

That is mind-boggling CK, but you can't take it with you and she didn't have any kids.... So I guess I don't blame her.
I wish one day I can have that much to give back.... I always thought it would be cool to start a rural Hoosier scholarship fund that would encourage rural kids to study science and engineering, people always whine about the inner city kids, but there are many, many rural kids that actually have it tougher.

Now 2shocker... you're not supposed to say things like that. You'll be labeled. What you say is true, but its not PC...

I don't care...
Hey here's one that will blow your mind CK on the local front.... Brownsburgs new town Manager is making more money than the mayor of Indianapolis?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Hows that for a kick in the pants..... Glad I never bought out there anyway.. (and lots and lots of people tried to talk me into it)
I still want to go to the lake next year, and if not there maybe Lebanon with the other part of my family. But I have had enough of Indy.
